Tightened steel cables connect a public space together by producing low pitch frequencies when interacted with by an audience. The piece creates an instrument out of the room.

The cables are positioned in a web type of shape, and each cable produces a different low pitch sound. On the main cable there is a hanging stone, which acts like a pitch key on a piano, changing the tension of the cable. The noise produced becomes lower and higher as the stone bounces up and down.
